One source of truth
Tens of thousands of contacts consolidated from five sources, deduped, verified and kept current.
CASE STUDY / EAS ADVISORS
EAS Advisors sources metals and mining deals and distributes the opportunities across a private network of LPs.
Their most valuable asset is their network — and it lived in five places at once. We developed a proprietary CRM which dynamically matches relevant LPs to deal uploads, generates a two-page teaser of the deal, automates draft emails for human-in-the-loop review, and tracks all outreach for streamlined internal governance.
01 / THE PROBLEM
A small, senior, non-technical team. Decades of relationships between them — and no single place those relationships actually lived.
02 / WHAT WE BUILT
Tens of thousands of contacts consolidated from five sources, deduped, verified and kept current.
The team asks Claude for exactly who they need, in the words they'd use out loud.
Targeted campaigns sent from the partners' own mailboxes, with every send and reply logged.
Surfacing target companies and investors across the sector, not just the ones already known.
Everything filterable and trackable at a glance, by people who don't write code.
03 / HOW IT WORKS
Five sources became a single database — investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, the mining companies raising capital, and the intermediaries who open doors. Deduped, verified, and segmented so a query can actually reach them.

A deck lands. It goes straight into the system, where it sits alongside every other live raise with its own contact, sent and replied counts — so the state of the book is a glance, not a meeting.

Instead of digging through inboxes, they ask for the list they want. Claude filters the database and returns matched firms, tiered by how much of the mandate actually checks out. The partner approves or drops names, and the approved list flows straight into outreach.
“Find me LPs and investors who back commodities deals in Australia.”
“Find rare-earth miners around a $200M market cap that may be raising.”

Drafts are written per person and land in the partner's own Drafts folder, so what the investor receives is a note from someone they know — not a blast from a marketing tool. The teaser attaches itself.

Every send, reply and answer is logged against the deal and against the person. Who accepted, who passed, who never heard from us — visible without asking anyone.

04 / THE RESULTS
05 / BUILT ON
Everything runs inside EAS-owned accounts and was handed over as a low-maintenance system, documented for the people who use it. Screenshots on this page show the working system with sample records in place of client data — the firms, figures and names shown are invented.
