Who we are
This site is run by ColdChannel LLC, doing business as ColdStart. We design custom AI systems for businesses and train their teams to run them. To reach us about anything on this page, email john@coldchannel.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your business email and your message.
- Calls you book. Booking a call takes you to Calendly, which collects your name, email and the time you pick under its own privacy policy.
- Basic server logs. Our host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run the site and keep it secure.
That's all. We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to talk about working together. We don't sell your information, rent it or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Who else handles it
- Vercel hosts this site.
- Netlify receives contact-form messages and forwards them to our inbox.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
Cookies
We don't set any tracking or advertising cookies, so there's nothing to opt out of. Calendly may set its own cookies when you book a call on its site.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we're talking with you, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email john@coldchannel.com and we'll handle it promptly.
Content on this site
